This Privacy Policy explains how Raj Parivar Adhyatmik Products Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data in connection with the website rrsc.rpap.co.in (the “Site”). It is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

• Information you provide through our contact or enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number, organisation (where applicable) and the content of your message.
• Technical information automatically collected when you visit the Site — IP address (hashed before storage), browser type, device type, referring URL and timestamps.
• Cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this Site.

2. Purpose and lawful basis

• Consent — to respond to your enquiries and RFQs submitted via our forms.
• Performance of a contract — where you have a commercial relationship with us, to fulfil our obligations to you.
• Legitimate interest / legal obligation — to protect the Site from abuse and to comply with applicable law.

3. Retention

Enquiry submissions are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes and then deleted, unless we are required to retain them for longer under applicable law or to defend a legal claim.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for email delivery), all of whom are contractually bound to safeguard it. Cross-border transfer may occur as part of normal hosting operations.

• Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data;
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data — including TLS encryption for all data in transit, IP address hashing, rate limiting, and bot protection through Cloudflare Turnstile.

The Site is not directed to children under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
