These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rrsc.rpap.co.in (the “Site”), operated by Raj Parivar Adhyatmik Products Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to probe or bypass security controls, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
  • You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, harvest data from, or create derivative works of the Site without our prior written consent.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and compilations — is owned by the Company or used under licence. Vendor product information, images and descriptions remain the property of the respective vendors and are used on the Site under licence. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Site without written permission.

3. Brand ambassadors and iconography

References to mythological figures as “brand ambassadors” are cultural and inspirational in nature. They are used in an illustrative, devotional style to reflect the values of our quality framework and do not imply endorsement by any religious institution. No claim of ownership over such figures is made.

4. Ayurveda / wellness disclaimer

Where the Site lists Ayurvedic or wellness products, the statements made regarding such products have not been evaluated by the Ministry of AYUSH or any other regulatory authority for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. Such products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a registered medical practitioner before use.

5. Employee marketplace notice

The shopping complex sections of Raj Parivar Adhyatmik Products are intended exclusively for authorised employees of Raj Parivar Adhyatmik Products Private Limited. Public visitors may browse the catalogue for informational purposes. Purchases are limited to verified employees and are effected in internal redemption tokens. The tokens are non-cashable, have no monetary value outside the marketplace, and are governed by separate employee terms.

6. Defence content notice

Defence-related content is published for capability and enquiry purposes only. No specifications, drawings, or technical data are published on the Site. Any transaction in defence products or components is subject to applicable laws of the Government of India including, without limitation, the Arms Act, 1959, the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 and export-control notifications issued by the Ministry of Defence and DPIIT.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site. Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be finally settled by arbitration conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India and proceedings in English.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
